How Coaching Works


What’s the point of these coaching sessions?

The primary objective is to cultivate a relationship based on care and respect. With a support system in place, people are more likely to succeed with their weight management goals. Our discussions will be centered around health and well-being with an emphasis on goal setting. It’s important to leave some room for flexibility so if you want to vent about your day, that’s fine too.

The bottom line is that it’s completely up to you to make the necessary changes but you don’t have to go it alone.

How do I know if we’ll get along?

I believe that a good working relationship is beneficial for everyone involved. It is for this reason that I welcome the opportunity to chat with you so that we can get to know one another. Based on our conversation, we will be able to determine whether we can join forces to make things happen.

If for some reason I cannot help with your goals then I will definitely be upfront and say so. I don’t enjoy wasting time or making false promises.

Do you sell cannabis or any other related products?

No. I can only make recommendations but currently not authorized to sell.

Does the use of cannabis need to be part of the sessions?

No. Although I am a strong marijuana advocate, I respect a person’s choice to partake or not. If you are currently on medication(s) or will need to be then I encourage you to explore this alternative option.

What are the rates?

At present, I charge $20 per half hour and $25 for one hour. Discounts are also available.
