Let’s Walk and Talk


I offer walking sessions coupled with chats about weight control, lifestyle management and wholistic wellness.

I am not a doctor or an expert but I do possess a keen interest in all matters related to health and better living. I have been successful at maintaining my weight and love sharing information and knowledge with others. I understand the importance of being supported and encouraged when you’re embarking on the journey of change.

We will work together so that you can achieve your goals in a healthy, natural, personal and sustainable way. I do not endorse any types of products (except cannabis), gimmicks or magic potions. I will also not dictate what one should eat or place any other types of restrictions. There is no reason that you can’t enjoy your favourite foods and still be happy with yourself.

Often, the things we want to change the most are a product of our poor choices. It’s never too late to turn things around, it will require work but it’s always worth it!
